Classes and reports

+ What is a class code?
Class code is a unique identifier generated automatically when a new class is created, whether imported from Google Classroom, Clever, or added manually. This code allows students to join a specific class by entering it when prompted on their account’s home page.
+ How do I add a student to a class that’s already uploaded from Google or Clever?
If you need to add more students to a class imported from Google or Clever:

Option 1: Go to the "Classes" page and click Sync to update the class list with any new students.
Option 2: Have the student create their own account using Google, Clever, or a username, then join the class by entering the class code. Students can do this by selecting Join a Class from their homepage.
+ How do I delete a class?
To delete or edit a class, go to the Classes section and select Edit or delete class under the class name. Here, you can rename the class, update the grade level, or remove it entirely.
+ How many students can I add to my teacher account?
There’s no limit to the number of students or classes you can add to your teacher account.
+ How can I find 99math in the Clever library?
You can locate and add 99math by searching for it in the Clever library.
+ How can I share 99math assignments in Google Classroom?
You can share assignments directly from your 99math account to Google Classroom. After creating an assignment, choose the option to share it with Google Classroom, allowing students to access the game directly from their Google Classroom dashboard.

Assignments will stay visible to students for up to 2 weeks, unless you set a shorter deadline. After completing an assignment, students can continue to practice it. In your teacher reports, you can track how many times a student has attempted the assignment and see their highest score.
+ Why do I only see a sample report?
Reports are generated only for completed Live games or Individual assignments. If a Live game is ended before all rounds are completed, a report will not be created. For example, if you play 2 out of 3 rounds and leave the game, no report will be saved in the Reports section.
+ Why are some students listed twice in the Individual Practice report?
Students may appear twice if they join an assignment using a game link or code without logging in. To prevent duplicate entries in the report, remind students to log into their accounts before completing assignments.
+ How do I add a co-teacher?
To add a co-teacher, go to the “Classes” section in your 99math account. Click the “Add co-teachers” button. Co-teachers must first create a 99math account to be added. You can add up to 4 co-teachers, and they will be able to see all game reports for the class.
+ How can I control friend requests and nicknames for students?
In the Classes section, you can manage student features such as friend requests and nicknames:

Friend requests: Allow students to connect with classmates or restrict this option to only in-class connections.
